If you have a cell phone you probably love the magic and all of the other attribute it provides. Being able to call your friends and family members, whenever and in any place you are, is truly stunning.

When you turn on your cellular phone, your cell searches for a signal in order to confirm that there is an available service in your area. If network is available, your cellular transmits certain identification numbers so that the network can verify your specificcustomer information including your cell provider and mobile phone number, etc.

When your cellular phone is on, it "talks" with the antenna that is closest to you at all times, even when you are not chattering, so that it is able to hook up your call at any given time.

If you are making a call to a land phone from you cellular phone, your call travels via a antennathat is close in proximity, and is switched by your network provider to the traditionalwired phonesystem.
